Geography

Phatthalung Province covers an area approximately 3,424 square kilometer. Most province's geography are plateau mountain and mountain ranges. On West of province was covered by plateau, forests and Banthat Mountain Range with the average height of 50-1,000 meter above sea level. Geography on East of province is plain with average height of 0-15 meter above sea level.

Boundary

On North of province Borders Cha-uat, Hua Sai District of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province and Ranote District of Songkhla Province.

On South of province borders Kuarn Niang, Rathapoom District of Songkhla Province and Kuankanglong District of Satun Province.

On East of province borders Singha Nakhon, SathingPhra, Krasaesin, Ranote District of Songkhla Province and Hua Sai District of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.

On West of province borders Kuan Kalong District, Manang Sub-District of Satun Province and Palian, Yan Takhao, Nayong, Mueang Trang, Huayod, Ratsada District of Trang Province.
