Geography

Geography on the west of the province is high slope mountains; Tanaosri mountain range is the important mountain range which has the distance about 286 kilometers and the peak point of this range is about 1,253 meters above sea level. The mountain range is also the natural border between the province and Myanmar. Several important rivers in province are from this rountain range. On the east, various beaches, bays and island are there. It's the good location of the province. Many tourists are attracted by perfect natural resources which are surrounded by the city. The geography on the east of province is plain and about 251 kilometers seashore.

Boundary

On the north side of province borders Cha-am, Tha Yang, and Kaeng Krachan district of Phetchaburi Province.

On the west side of province borders Myanmar.

On the east side of province is Gulf of Thailand.

On the south side of province borders Pratiew and Tha Sae district of Chumphon province.
